Antibiogram of bacterial pathogens causing mastitis among cattle

The present study was carried out to detect mastitis in cattle milk samples and sensitive antibiotics for therapeutic uses. Milk from (n = 1649) were tested detection of by white side test 1314) culture examination 335). Overall, 79.8% 96.72% positive examination, respectively. Clinical sub clinical detected 16.55% 83.44% samples, respectively on the basis presence any signs or udder animal. Gram-positive gramnegative organisms 99.38% 45.34% Mixed infection both 38.88% samples. More than 74% gram-positive gram-negative isolates found sensitiveagainst enrofloxacin chloramphenicol followed amikacin (69.44%), gentamicin (68.73%), moxifloxacin (67.87%) levofloxacin (61.73%). Organisms as multidrug resistant (MDR) depending upon their MAR index value.
